    Eating cherries has helped me, eating 30 some days, also swimming in a pool has really helped, I try to do this every day.

    When I have upper back pain all I do is place a hot towel over my shoulders and sit there and watch tv. I also stand under a shower massager making sure the water is hot. For everyone – just having your sign. other give you a back massage makes a whole h*ll of a lot of difference.
