Natural Acid Reflux Treatment Home Remedy

Not too long ago, instead of finding a natural acid reflux treatment, I was taking antacids quite often.  I would not recommend this to anyone as I started having additional health problems.  In short, I basically had acid reflux symptoms all the time and it was consuming my life.

I started doing my own research through books and the internet trying to find a more natural acid reflux treatment because I was suffering beyond belief. Finally, after a lot of research, I found what I believe is one of the best natural remedies for acid reflux.  It worked for me and I think may have cured me.  I’ve only had one “relapse” after trying this natural remedy and that was January 2010, this is now March 2011!  This remedy is so simple and so cheap.  As always though, you should seek the advice of your physician with any kind of medical condition.

Natural Remedy For Acid Reflux:

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR – This was the cure for me.  The stuff tastes like it should give you acid reflux, not take it away but I can say from personal experience, it did work for me.  All I did was take 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and mix it with a full glass of water.  People say to sip it, but I didn’t because of the awful taste.  I just plugged my nose and drank it twice a day for 2 weeks straight.

Along with the remedy from above, some people find relief from the following:

Other Natural Remedies for Acid Reflux:

COFFEE CREAMER – Drinking flavored coffee creamers is said to give some people acid reflux.  Try switching to a more regular, natural coffee creamer.

DIET – Changing your diet is really hard however, some people find relief from acid reflux by switching to a completely organic diet.

WATER – Skip the soda, beer, wine, etc., and just grab a glass of water instead.  Getting 8 glasses of water a day is also crucial.

After suffering so long from acid reflux, I know how painful and annoying it can be!  I wish everyone success in finding a natural acid reflux treatment that works for you!
